Shut by Rabbi Moshe ben Rabbi Yosef of Trani known as Shut Mabit (lived and operated in the 16th century, author of Beit Elokim and Kiryat Sefer). Contains both sections.
First edition – Venice, Giovanni Caleoni Press, 1629-1630. Section I: [2], 169, [7] leaves. Section II: separate title page (in this copy, an added photocopy) 198, [6] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection. Stefansky Sifrei Yesod 285.
Not checked page by page with missing pages, Ancient, blemished leather binding. The second title page is an added photocopy as said. Many moth perforations and damage. Poor overall condition.
On the title page, a Sephardic notation: "יעקב בן יעיש". On the last leaves, an additional notation.
