On the guard leaf preceding the title page, a dedication in the fine pearly script of the Tzaddik Rabbi Aryeh Levin, the Father of Prisoners and the Rosh Yeshiva of Etz Chaim, for the Bar Mitzvah of Rabbi Ben Zion Chaim, the son of Rabbi Nachman Dubinsky. In 1946.
