On the flyleaf, a dedication handwritten by the author Rabbi Chaim Hacohen, Dayan and Moreh Tzeddek in Tripoli to Rabbi Chaim Berlin Av Beit Din of Moscow. Rabbeinu uses many superlatives to describe him:  "גאון ומלך חיים עד העולם.. יחי המלך לעולם ובריא אולם".

Moth perforations. Detached leaves. Good condition.
