Sefer Sidduri shel Shabbat, a basic Chassidic book on Shabbat Kodesh by the Admor Rabbi Chaim of Chernowirz – printed by the brothers Chanina Lipa, Aryeh Leib and Yehoshua Heshil Shapira, the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta in Zhitomir, in 1849. Two sections. Separate title page for each section. Section I: 69 leaves. Section II: 44 leaves.

Moth perforations, Simple binding, slightly blemished. Stains and some taping. Good general condition.

– Rabbi Yaakov Mordechai Brandwein (1895-1955) the son of the Admor Rabbi Yisroel of Stretin-Berzan the son of the Admor Rabbi Pinchas of Stretin-Berzan (a descendant of the Maggid of Zlotchov and more), the in-law of the Admor Rabbi Meshulam Zussia Twersky of Chernobyl. One of the leading disciples of the Admor of Ashlag Ba’al Hasulam. Served as the Ba’al Toke’ah of his Rav for many years. 

– Rabbi Mordchai David Weinstock (1876-1954), the son-in-law of the Admor of Lelov, Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo Biderman and the son of Rabbi Baruch Binyamin Weinstock – the first Dayan of the Ashkenazic Eidah Chareidis of Jerusalem. The father of the famed Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Yair Weinstock.
