By the Ashkenazi kabbalist (one of the first) Rabbi Natan Neta Shapira, Av Beit Din of Krakow. First edition. [5], 166, 16, [5/8] leaves in the original—this copy is missing the title page and leaf 166. The introductory leaves are added in by facsimile, and the indices are bound at the beginning of the work and began only with leaf 9. Stefanski Sifrei Yesod 361. Catalogued by the NLI as rare.

The last page is filled in in manuscript form, antique Rashi script. Antique binding, leather spine, a few leaves have stains and tape hiding text, lone worming holes, most of the leaves are in good condition—overall fair to good.
