Lot 110:
The author, Rabbi Issachar Beer ben Petachya Moshe of Kremnitz, was one of the great kabbalistic sages of Ashkenaz and Poland during the generation of the Ari’s students. Rabbi Shlomo Shlomil of Dreznitz wrote about him in a letter (included in Shivchei HaAri) that “he was the same sage who said of Rabbi Haim (Vittel) that he was a gilgul of the Ari.” Also wrote “Yesh Sachar”, “Imrei Bina”, “Mekor Chochmah”.
