Volume with issues of Kol Yisrael, a weekly Haredi newspaper published by the Histadrut Yze’irei Agudas Yisrael and edited by Rabbi Refael Katznelbeugen in Jerusalem during the Mandate. The goal was primarily to express the conservative hashkafa of members of the Old Yishuv in Jerusalem. Before us are issues from its first year(plus), including the first issue published on 24th Adar 1922 (24 March), until Issue #126, the third year (27th Elul 1924). Some have additional “addenda” which were added to various issues. Valuable information is included, advertisements for local businesses, articles and exciting historical information. One subject discussed is the murder of Jacob Israël de Haan, 1924.
