3 volumes with the machzor for High Holidays, nusach Sfard, with prayers from the Ari and more. Volume 1: Rosh Hashanah. Volumes 2-3 for Yom Kippur. The title page states that added to the seder were the prayers for the cemetery and a prayer from the Chida for the 10 Days of Tshuva.

Printed in Bombay, 1892. Catalogued by the NLI as a rare book. One spine is missing, lone leaves detached, overall good condition. Not checked page-by-page for missing parts, appears complete.

One binding leaf has a note handwritten in Mizrahi script from 1938 testifying that the copy belonged to Mrs. Farcha (Flora) Sassoon (1859-1936), a Jewish British-Indian businesswoman, daughter of the famous Sassoon family (the “Eastern Rothschilds”), originally from Baghdad. She was known as a philanthropist, learned Rebbetzin, and Zionist activist, the wife of Rabbi Saliman David Sassoon, a famous naggid and Indian resident, businessman and philanthropist himself.
