Lot of 5 lithographs, color and gilding, from Yeshivat Torat Kohanim in Jerusalem, from the 1920s. Extremely rare.
Yeshivat “Torat Kohanim” was a yeshiva founded for the study of the laws of the temple and the laws of sacrifices. The yeshiva opened in the 1930s under the encouragement and leadership of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook, the chief rabbi. The yeshiva was closed and ceased to exist only a few years after its foundation, so printed items from this yeshiva are extremely rare and are scarcely found at all. It should be noted that on some of the proclamations Maran the Rayya appears as president and on some of them no longer.
