Buyer's premium:

Protocol from the Eida regarding reaching an accord among the various institutions including the Chief Rabbinate and Rav Kook, sent to a delegation of Admorim led by Maran the Imrei Emet of Gur, who came to Israel in 1920 in order to mediate between the groups.

“Rav Kook must make a public declaration:
That the Zionist and Mizrahi Histadrut does not have power over all Jews in the Land of Israel, especially over Jerusalem Jewry.
The established gathering of representatives is against the Torah law according to the geonim shlita and against the wishes of Rav Kook, it has no right to speak for the people of Israel in Israel, nor for all the Jews in Jerusalem.
The Vaad Klali for the Jews of Jerusalem is not the representative of all Jewish groups in Jerusalem.
The correct form of education according to the Torah is that practiced at the talmudei torah established by the rabbis, the Gahatz Nochei Nefesh, and this education may not be changed in any way—in program or in language.
This equalization will not bring about any change in leadership for our Eida, Vaada, Rabbi, or Beit Din attached to it.

As is well known, the Admors’ delegation was disappointed and was unable to make peace between the parties whose conflicts did not stop for many years.
