Sefer Hora’ot Sha’ah with discussion of fruit of Akum, whether one must treat them as having kedushat shviit, whether it’s permitted to sell them or rent land to them in Israel…and all of the discussions and negotiations amongst the geonim in Israel in prior shmitot, especially the author’s father-in-law (the gaon kabbalist Rabbi Naftali Hertz HaLevi Wiedenbaum, Av Beit Din of Yafo) and the gaon Moharil Diskin in 1896.


The book also includes laws and discussion regarding heter mechira from Rabbi Naftali Hertz and Rabbi Yitzhak Elchanan, one of the greatest gedolim who permitted heter mechira.
