Letter handwritten and signed by the gaon Rabbi Simcha HaKohen Kook (1930-2022), chief rabbi of Rechovot for around 50 years. The letter is on the official letterhead of the Rechovot Rabbinate, from Adar Bet of 1973, when the rav first began his leadership there. He writes to MK Rabbi Avraham Werdiger, an activist with Agudas Yisrael, regarding one of the members of the Kollel of Rabbi Manzour who requested permission to leave to study shechita.
