The shtar contains a unique wording and is filled with original phrasings: “and the purchaser also gives permission to the aptikers [pharmacies] to make medicines at his expense…also warehouses and places where chametz is left in Jaffa or other ports or boats or in other places…they did an anschlack with him in the manner of the tagrin.”
