Sefer Yesod with taamim of mitzvot and principles of faith by Avraham ben Meir ibn Ezra Sefardi, with the commentary Levayat Chen and Siach Yitzhak by Rabbi Zalman Stern.
Before the title page are four folded leaves with astronomical sketches. At the end of the book are six leaves of prenomeranten (subscriber pages), with hundreds of signatories from several communities.
Among the leaves are a number of handwritten notes in Rashi script.
