Manuscript codex of a chevra Kadisha, including viduy for a dead person, hakafot, eulogies, heter klalot, segulot, and a pizmon for chatanim. Includes a colophon with the owner’s names and the name of the scribe.
Probably written for a community chazan and thus it includes prayers of hashkava and a pizmon for chatanim…the colophon states that it was written for “Sa’id Yaakov Amhala, may Hashem remember him to appreciate it, him and his descendants with all Israel, as it is said ‘lo yamushu mipicha u’mi’pi zera zaracha…and the stealer may all the things written in the Torah befall him…the young Saliman ben Saliman Amud”.
46 pages, 12cm. A few bits of worming damage, stains, good condition.
