Two notebooks with chiddushei torah on masechet gittin and kedushin, handwritten by the Rosh Yeshiva of Sfat Emet, Ra’avad of Agudas Yisrael, and member of the Council of Torah Sages. The first book contains chiddushim on Masechet Gittin from
his shiurim at the yeshiva in 1965, written entirely by hand, around 120 pages. The second book has chiddushei torah on kedushin from his shiurim at the yeshiva in 1958.

Rabbi Yitzhak Flaxer (1917-1999) was a student of Yeshivat Chochmei Lublin, where he was close to Rabbi Meir Shapira and the mashgiach hakadosh Rabbi Shimeleh Zlichover. He managed to immigrate to Israel before the Shoah, where he studied with other students who managed to arrive in time. Years later he was appointed head of the Sfat Emet yeshiva, where he served until his death. He also served as Ra’avad of Agudas Yisrael and member of the Council of Torah Sages. He wrote a series of works called Shaarei Yitzhak on the Bavli.
