A maaseh beit din, delegation letter for a get, sent by a man named David ben Zimmel to reinforce a heter me’ah rabbanim, written on letterhead of Rabbi Mordechai Breish, Av Beit Din of Zurich, with his handwritten signature as well as two dayanim, Rabbi Mordechai Shraga ben Yaakov Meir and Rabbi Yehoshua Yehezkel Warshner.

Rabbi Mordechai Yaakov Breish (1896-1977) was born in Galicia to Belz chassidim. He was certified by Rabbi Meir Arik of Krakow, served in the city rabbinate of Alesk and then as the Polish community rabbi in Duisburg, Germany. With the rise of the Nazis he immigrated to Antwerp, where he served as rabbi of the Chassidic communities for 42 years until his death. He was known as a posek halacha and published a series of books called Shut Chelkat Yaakov, . He initiated the opening of the Chelkat Yaakov Kollel in Bnei Brak, still considered one of the best Chassidic kollels.
