Letter of blessings for the wedding of the son of Rabbi Yeshaya Schneebalg, Av Beit Din of Bnei Ram, handwritten and signed by the admor Rabbi Yoel Beer of Ratzfert: “I happily received the invitation to the festivities…and bli neder I will participate if from a distance in your happy occasion, and will pray for the couple’s success, may it be an eternal banyan, and may their marriage be for tiferet, and may both sets of parents have nachat with them…”


He thanks the recipient as well for praying for his healing after a serious surgery which went successfully.

Rabbi Yoel Beer of Ratzfert (died 1992) was the son-in-law of Rabbi Meshulam Zusha Yitzhak Halberstam, son of Rabbi Shalom Eliezer Halberstam of Ratzfert the son of the Divrei Chaim. He settled in Williamsburg after the Shoah and then established his community in Sao Paolo. His son-in-law is the Admor of Kretshnif, Rabbi Menachem Eliezer Zeev Rosenbaum shlita.
