Prozbul signed by dayanim of the Beit Din of Haifa, led by the Av Beit Din Admor of Kantikoziva, Rabbi Menachem Nachum Rabinowitz. Other signatories are Rabbi Yehiel Michal Margaliyot, first rabbi of Neve She’anan in Haifa, and Rabbi Moshe Chamovi.

The Admor Rabbi Menachem Nachum Rabinowitz (1887-1959) was Av Beit Din of Haifa, and before that Rosh Yeshiva of Koidanov (in Baranowicze), son of the Admor Rabbi Pinchas Rabinowitz of Kantikoziva. He was certified as a rabbi by Rabbi Chaim of Brisk and additional rabbis. His divrei torah have been collected in the sefer Machshevet Nachum.
