Urim v’Tumim on the Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, 2 sections, a studious work by the gaon of his generation, rabbi of Prague, Metz, and Furth, and at the end of his life Av Beit Din of those communities, Rabbi Yehonatan Eibeschitz.

First edition. [1], 204, 205-381, [5] leaves. Originally, there was an additional leaf between the two paginations and in this copy it is absent. Stefanski Sifrei Yesod 178. Between simanim 82-83 there is a summary of Migu guidelines for a members of the Knesset Gedolah, with exegeses. There is also a learned pamphlet “Kitzur Tokpo Kohen”.

Creased title page with tears (see pictures). Tears and war, spine reinforced with glue, otherwise overall good condition.

The title page has a note of ownership: “Chaim Zvi HaLevi of Mohlev [Mogilev]”. The body of the work has handwritten notes and markings.
