With an additional title page and introduction in English on the reverse side. Printed jacket on both sides. Pretty binding, tear to one title page, light stains, overall good condition.
Inscription on the binding and stamps in side testifying that the book was part of the well-known Strashun Library of Vilna. Rabbi Matityahu Strashun (1818-1886) was a Lithuanian rabbi, a book collector and bibliophile. He founded the Strashun library. He was the son of the well-known Talmudist, Rabbi Shmuel Strashun (the Rashash). Studied under Rabbi Yitzhak of Volozhin and Rabbi Menashe of Iliya
