Sefer Minhagim on the regions of Poland, Bohemia, Moravia, and Ashkenaz, by Rabbi Isaac of Tirno.
This famous work by Rabbi Yitzhak Isaac was written after a long period of attacks against the Jewish communities of Ashkenaz. The author details the minhagim of ashkenaz primarily regarding the synagogue, prayers, and piyyutim, and with its printing he acquired a place of honor amongst the literature of the poskim and the book became extremely popular and was printed in several editions.
