“Biblia hebraica, ex aliquot manuscriptis et compluribus impressis codicibus” – a set of 3 volumes containing the 24 sifrei kodesh, printed in Halle. [6], 32 pages; 848, [2] leaves.

Title page with red ink. Before that is an illustrated title page with a copper engraving. The First Prophets, Last Prophets, and Ketuvim all have half-title pages in Hebrew and Latin. This edition was overseen by the researcher Professor Johann Heinrich Michalis. He used various manuscripts, including the ones used to print the Mikraot Gedolot in Venice, 1525-1526. This editon has the Latin translation of the Mesorah Ketana and a commentary in Latin with typographic variations. Latin dedication to Friedrich Wilhelm, the King of Prussia. Introduction by the compiler in Latin. Introductions in Latin to: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel.

Wide margins, colorful (faded) page cuttings, stains, tape on one binding, overall good condition.

The first volume has many handwritten notes in the margins of the index (long and significant ones, some cut off and some complete, as a result of the folding of the indices before cutting during printing).
