Shut Torat Emet by Rabbi Aharon Sasson, a rabbi of Salonika and Istanbul. First edition, Venice 1626. Rabbi Sasson was a gadol of responsa in his generation and he is quoted frequently by commentaries of the Shulchan Aruch, led by the Taz and Shach. 116, 119-207 (supposed to be 222), [12] leaves. Very light defect to the frame of the title page; stains, a number of pages have moisture damage with stains and missing parts (no damage to text). Good condition.
