Lot 134:
“As far as we are concerned, we are willing to forget all of the past grievances and are ready to give our hand in peace”—a letter regarding a settling of differences between warring groups of the Eida Charedit, by Rabbi Moshe Blau, president of the Agudas Yisrael in Jerusalem, sent to the kabbalist Saba Kadisha Rabbi Shlomo Alfandery—Jerusalem 1928.
“I hereby can guarantee to the Rav shlita in the name of our members that our hearts are all desirous of complete unity amongst the Haredim”. The letter was sent probably as a reply to the approach of the Saba Kadisha to Rav Blau, as head of Agudas Yisrael, to make piece with those followers of Rav Kook and the Chief Rabbinate.
