At its opening he announces that the report has been received and welcomes that they will continue to increase in holiness, and then writes: “and this year is the 100th since the maamar of the Admor Maharash on ‘Vayikchu li Terumah’…based on the above, when Israel donates its money and gold for the fulfilment of mitzvot, inyanim of torah and mitzvot in general…it is guaranteed that Hashem gives as well to them and to their families in gashmiyus and ruchniyus, from his full and open and holy and generous hand…in happiness and good heart.
