The Rebbe thanks the recipient for the package received for the Library and thanks him for the delivery to come, and he notifies him about the books that he sent in return from the Kehat publisher.
The letter is signed by the Rebbe’s secretary, Rabbi Shalom Menachem Mendel Simpson, with the title “Librarian.” However, it is known that many letters supposedly signed by the secretaries were signed by the Rebbe himself in their names.
