This edition does not appear in various libraries and not in the bibliographic database. The National Library has a similar but distinct machzor. [1], 310 pages.
Worming holes and damage in a number of places, stains and signs of use, tear in the margins of the title page. Only the rear (detached) binding, lone pages are detached, lone bits of tape, overall good condition.
The blank rear leaf has stamps:
“Synagogue of the Admor of Husiatyn, Bialik 19, Tel Aviv”—the Beit Midrash of the Admor Rabbi Yisrael Friedman of Husiatyn, grandson of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin.
