Lot 014:
Siddur Tehilat Hashem and Psalms Ohel Yosef Yitzhak, printed in Fayed, a city in Egypt on the western side of the Suez Canal(!), during the Yom Kippur War, 1974.
The city Fayed was conquered by the IDF during the Yom Kippur War and abandoned after the armistice agreement. In total the Israelis were only there for 4 months, but in that time Chabad chassidim managed to print these books on the Rebbe’s orders, as well as two editions of the Tanya.
Size 12cm. Soft binding, light stains, good condition.
