Lot 216:
Imrei Binah on the Song of Songs, a kabbalistic work by Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Frankel of Sighet, with Ketz HaGeulah, Sod HaSukkah and the Arba Minim, and the Sod Kavanah of the Mikvah and Tevilah (also mentioning the kavanah of the Baal Shem Tov), with approbation of Rabbi Chanana Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum, the Yeitev Lev of Sighet, who said of the author (Zikaron LaRishonim, Satmar 1909): “there was a huge debate on matters of kabbalah in the home of the Yeitev Lev, who answered that we were required to ask Rav Hirsch Leib and he would decide, and it was wondrous because he would hide himself among the keilim.”
First edition. Stamp of ownership on the title page: “Asher Anshil Edelstein, shoel u’bodek of Margarethen”. [4], 105 leaves. Binding appears original, with leather spine, a little defective. Tape on the back of the title page, a few defects, overall good condition.
