The title page of the work has an antique signature “Yehoshua Heschel, grandson of the Rav of Opatów.” The signature can be one of two Admorim, great-grandsons of the Rahak of Opatów, the Admor Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Medzhibizh (son of Rabbi Meshulam Zussya of Zinkow, son of Rabbi Yitzhak Meir, son of the Rahak of Opatów) or Admor Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel of Boziliya (son of Rabbi Shmuel Ashkenazi, son-in-law of Rabbi Yitzhak Meir above and father-in-law—2nd marriage—of Rabbi Yehoshua of Belz).

Additional signature on the title page: “Menachem Nachum Dolgmetsch(?).”
