A container of holy water taken from the segula spring of the Baal Shem Tov, in Medzhybizh. A bottle in an antique style filled halfway, filled by the seller of the item.

The story of the spring appears in brief in the work “Notzer Chesed” by the Rahak of Komarna, chapter 6: “And once he went out of the city with the disciples and the time for mincha arrived and the disciples said: ‘There is no water for washing hands for prayer, ’ and he took the staff and struck on the ground and a spring of water cracked open, and still runs today adjacent to Medzhybizh, and is named after him even among the non-Jews, and has been known since his time as a remedy for all illness.”

Today, the spring water flows into a mikveh structure, which since its formation until today has been the source of exemplary stories for thousands, about the medicinal properties of this spring, and the local residents in the surrounding villages also tell about its medicinal properties.

A rare opportunity to purchase these holy waters, especially given the tragic circumstances in Ukraine today.

13x29cm, some peeling in the covering of the bottle, the cap is open, good condition.
