Signed by: Avraham ben Yosef Iluz and Chaim ben Yosef Malka and Yitzhak ibn Chaim and Moshe ben Yosef ibn Sussan and Moshe Zrihan. Includes the official stamp of the beit din. Tears in the margins affecting the edge of the text. 24×17.5cm.
3. Psak din in Arabic from 1947. Signed “Moshe Elbaz”, “David Shmuel Sabouni”, “Moseh Zrihan”. Includes the official stamp of the beit din. 18x25cm. A postage stamp is glued to the upper margins.
4. Rental shtar from 1940-1943, Marrakesh. Signed: “Moshe Elbaz”, “Moshe ben Yosef”, “Moshe Zrihan”. 21x30cm.
All have folds and creases, various defects (see pictures). Overall good condition.
Rabbi Moshe Zrihan was Ra’avad of Marrakesh. He was a dayan for 40 years and always appeared as the head of the dayanim. He lived modestly even though he was rich. He also signed an approbation on Sefer Kol Mevaser by Rabbi Reuven Ben David in 1946 (Arzei HaLevanon 1646).
