Long handwritten tshuva with sharp language on the subject of the kashrut of mikvahs, by an unknown gaon. Poland, 19th century.

Opens with “on a matter I was asked about by Gd-fearing men…though I know that their rabbis is very stubborn and will not wish to change his habit…”

It is clear that the tshuva was written by a famous rabbi of his generation.
