Rare booklet never seen at auction, we have only found at two libraries.


Apart from the moving and historically voluminous speech, the booklet also contains pictures from the occasion such as: On the way from the Western Wall to the inauguration of the beit din, the plenum of the Great Court at the opening with Rabbi Ovadiya Yosef (still young), and more.
