The work has a deep halachic discussion of the question of relative choice (giving power to minorities in the management of the community), and letters on the subject from the Chief Rabbis of the time, such as Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak HaKohen Kook, Rabbi Yaakov Meir s”t. Rare—Rare books section of the National Library, hasn’t appeared at auction until now! [1], 13 pages. Moisture stains, worming holes, folds, overall good condition.
