Buyer's premium:

Mishnayot of Seder Zraim and Moed in one volume, with a commentary by Rabbi Ovadya of Bartenura and Tosafot Yom Tov. The title page notes that this edition “rejuvenates the first and last editions” with the commentary of the Tosafot Yom Tov (which for some reason features his name with the title as if he were still alive, though he was not alive by that year).

Separate title page for Seder Moed. The National Library does not have the Seder Zra’im section. [3], 132, [1], 172 leaves. Introduction by the Tosafot Yom Tov is missing from Seder Moed. First title page is repaired but with missing parts. Stains and creases, red page cuttings, antique binding, overall good condition.

Antique note on the title page. The blank leaf has an Ashkenazi script note with the name: “the young NAtan ben Hertz (Eisenburger?)”. He notes that he gave the book to be bound in April 1836 for a certain amount.
