Shut Zikaron Yehuda by Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald, Av Beit Din of Satmar, including a fiery letter to Rabbi Yosef Chaim Zonenfeld. First edition, Budapest 1923.

The book prints a tshuva (Siman 200, pages 156-157) from the author to Rabbi Yosef Chaim Zonenfeld, in which he protests Rabbi Zonenfeld’s (and the Eida Charedit’s) joining the Agudas Yisrael. Near the printing of the book, by the author’s sons, there was a large gathering of Agudas Yisrael and the author’s sons (the printers) decided to sell the book during the assembly, but in order not to provoke the wrath of the participants, they replaced the said tshuva with a completely different tshuva…before us is the original first version which includes the fiery letter addressed to Rabbi Zonenfeld, Ga’avad of the Eida Charedit.

A few moisture stains, wear and slight tearing in the subscriber pages, binding and a number of leaves are detached, overall good condition.
