Likkutei Amarim – stories and articles by Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk, a student of the Baal Shem Tov, first edition Lemberg. Printed with a separate title page for Igeret HaKodesh—letters from the rabbi, Lemberg 1911.
The book is decorated with important Chassidic approbations from the Admor Rabbi Yisrael of Chortkov, Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn, the Ahavas Yisrael of Vizhnitz, Rabbi Chaim of Ottynia, and more.
The book belonged to Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Goldenberg, Av Beit Din of Svaliava. The title page of the book has the inscription: “This holy book belongs to his eminence the holy Admor … Chaim Yehuda shlita, Av Beit Din of Svaliava, written by his son and student David Goldenberg.” With additional signature of ownership from a member of the Svaliava rabbinical family.
Rare. [1], 58, 48, 15 leaves. No binding, very good condition.
