Shut Rashba “collected from the Sifrei Shut and last pamphlet of the Rashba for Masechet Yevamot; after which is the collection of notes on Masechet Yevamot” by Rabbi Elchanan Wasserman—first edition of the latter, from his lifetime, when he was Ram of the Bernowitz yeshiva. [2], 27, [2] leaves, 50 leaves. Two title pages and an additional title page for the notes.

Approbation from his brother-in-law, Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky. A number of leaves have tape, stains, overall good condition.

Blank leaf has a note of ownership: “Makam Zvi Poli”—Rabbi Hirsch Pelay, son of Rabbi Avraham Noach. Served as mashgiach at the Chevron yeshiva after the massacre there.
