Ashkenazi manuscript containing chiddushei Torah on the subject of false oaths. Written in German using Hebrew letters. The title page lists: “Bei den Ende des Samuel Gercon in Ahlden den 1 Jun. 18.“ The name Shmuel Gershon of Ahlden appears elsewhere.

Eides-Vermahnung is a free translation of the Talmudic term “Shvu’at Sheker”. 6 leaves. 10x16cm. Emphases in the text, stains, overall good condition.
