Two comic booklets on Jewish life in the United States, by Avraham Kotlier.

1) Masechet Derech Eretz HaChadasha, edited in the shape of the daf of the Talmud Bavli, gemara with Rashi’s commentary, with comedic sections on the lives of those immigrating from Europe to the US. On the back of the title page is a picture of the author.

2) small machzor including the Pesach Haggadah (nusach America), with Haggadah and piyyutim written in a comedic style on the lives of Jews in America. “With an akdamot piyyut against the Reform Rabbi Dr. Weiss of Cincinnati.” “And now that we have come to America we are all chachamim, we are all nevonim, we are all zekenim, we are commanded to count shekels and all who do so generously, harei zeh meshubach…Baruch Colombus which revealed America to the Jewish people…all the horse-thieves are appointed heads of communities, all the shaved ones are placed above the bimah – all these are provided for from tzedakah…”.
