The first booklet of the periodical Knesset Yisrael, published between 1930-1935 by Rabbi Moshe Karlitz, little brother of the Chazon Ish and a student of the Slobodka yeshiva. Vilna 1930.
The periodical quickly became a respected outlet for rabbinical thought in Lithuania at the time, mainly because of the participation of famous gedolim such as Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinsky, the Chazon Ish (anonymously), Rabbi Chanoch Henich Eiges (author of the Meracheshet), Rabbi Shimon Shkop, Rabbi Elchanan Wasserman, and many more.
18 pages, no jacket. Tears, fair to good condition.
