Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, second section, with the first edition of the Biyur HaGra. Copied from his handwritten manuscript by Rabbi Yaakov Ginzburg. Winograd—Otzer Sifrei HaGra 756. Stefanski Yesod 169.

The Gra’s exegesis on the Shulchan Aruch is different from the Gra’s other works—it is one of the only works which the Gra wrote himself and which was not collected by his students. It immediately became a foundational work of halacha upon its publication, even in places where his ideas differed from that of the Shulchan Aruch.
