Midrash Sochar Tov, “a midrash of Mishlei [Proverbs] and Midrash Shmuel…given by the holy Tanna Rabbeinu Oshiya, author of many midrashim and now with the addition of a wonderful commentary by the gaon gadol Rabbeinu Yitzhak HaKohen Shapira, son-in-law of the Maharal of Prague.” [2], 50 leaves.

Approbations from the Maggid of Kozhnitz, Rabbi Shimon Ashkenazi of Dovrimil, and Rabbi Yosef of Zamosc. Stains, rebound, overall good condition.

The blank first leaf has a stamp: “Refael HaKohen Yitzhak Kook, Chief Rabbi and Av Beit Din in the holy city of Tiberias and the district.”
