Nachalat Binyamin, an exegesis on the positive and negative commandments, by the gaon Rabbi Yitzhka Binyamin Zeev of Landsberg, Av Beit Din of the area. First edition published during the author’s lifetime. 4, [2], 5-182, 10 leaves. Categorized as rare by the National Library. Hasn’t appeared before at auction. The title page features a pretty engraved illustration and each mitzvah is framed with an engraving (two types of frames).

Approbations from Polish geonim and Rabbi Yitzhak Abuhav and Rabbi Yaakov Sasportasch. Repaired title page, stains and worming damage on the first leaves (damage the text as well), tape on both sides of the last leaves, new binding, mostly in very good condition.
