“v’Shavu Banim LiGevulam” – The site, which has been a huge source of longing for generations, was immortalized in Jewish homes in the Diaspora and merited a place of honor in bindings of prayer books, home decorations and countless souvenirs, whose purpose was to inspire motherly pity for children.


Before us is a wonderful collection of olive wood items, the wood that regularly accompanied pictures and illustrations of Rachel Imenu’s tombstone; photos and postcards from various times, copper reliefs, antique engraving, metal plates, photo albums in leather bindings with copper plaques on which the shape of Rachel Imenu’s grave is engraved.
