“Having been notified that soon his grandson will reach … the age of mitzvot, I wish that the 13-year-old will grow into a fifteen-year-old, etc… and he will add consistency and dedication in his learning of Torah, the nigla and Chassidus, and may he fulfill mitzvot with hidur, and with Hashem’s help may he become a chassid yireh shamayim and a lamdan. May his parents and grandfather and his spouse the Rabbanit be fulfilled from him, with true nachat. With respect and blessings”. Handwritten signature of the Rebbe.
