Typewritten letter on official letterhead from the Rebbe. 27th Av 1982.
“In answer to the notice that they gave birth to a daughter with mazal tov…may they raise her to Torah, chuppah, and maasim tovim…” and then he notes the sources for the minhag of the Rashab to wish such things (Torah, chuppah, maasim tovim) also to girls. Ends with “blessings of mazal tov”. Handwritten signature of the Rebbe.
Crack along the width, tape on the back for reinforcement, a cut on the bottom (no missing text), overall good condition.
