Lot 135:
Rare, historic letter with the signatures of the rabbanit Nechama Dina Schneersohn and her two sons-in-law, the Rebbe and Rabbi Shmaryahu Guraryeh.
Typewritten on official letterhead of the rabbanit, from the end of Elul 1950, after the death of the Rayatz but before the Rebbe had accepted the Admorut.
Addressed to the well-known chassid Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Reichman. Includes blessings for the new year: “We wish to bless him and his family, may they live with a blessing of a ketiva and chatima tova for a good and sweet year in gashmiyus and ruchniyus.”
Signatures of Nechama Dina, the wife of the Rayatz, and her sons-in-law, the Rebbe and Rabbi Shmaryahu Guraryeh.
Filing holes, folding creases, light stain at the edge, overall good condition.
Recipient: Rabbi Moshe Yehuda HaKohen Reichman (1904-1971), a mashpiya and spiritual leader of the Torat Emet yeshiva in Jerusalem, who served for around 40 years to spread chassidus.
